Cow a-Bunga

3 / 4 "thick New York cut steak"

Garlic

Salt

2T crushed black pepper

3 / 4 Cube butter

Mushrooms

Green peppercorns

1/2 Cup red wine

1/2 the Campbells can consume beef

Blue cheese

Dijon mustard

Grass fed beef, if you eat red meat is the way to go. I get a 3/4 inch thick New York cut, a cartilage line in them, you stay away from the steaks, if you a "well done meat kind of person", then it irrelevant.

Coat black pepper steak in a little garlic, salt, and 2 Tablespoons (can the a coffee grinder, for your herbs). The sauce pan, heat and put in a cube 1 / 2 butter (MoreCow is a good brand of butter). If butter melts, put the steak in the Pan and tilt sear for 3 minutes, Cook the steak and still an additional 2-3 minutes.

Add the fun things on the flip; Mushrooms, green pepper first. Add 1/2 cup good red wine (not a cheap thing). Remove steak, after the addition of the wine. Now, add 1 / 2 the Campbells can consume beef. This is where Donny knows the best. Reduce the sauce on a 1/2 inch in the pan. Add a little blue cheese (MoreCow brand), Dijon mustard, 1/4-cube of soft butter stir the steak casting which until butter is completely resolved, over the top and enjoy the best steak condemned those who you've ever had (today!),

MMM good fried potato

Russet potatoes

Butter

Salt

Pepper

Worcestershire sauce

Shallots

Shredded cheese

Cow a-Bunga steak sauce (optional)

Adjusted the potato (Russets, which used the Donny), the skin in some butter, salt and pepper flavor coat. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.

Remove from the oven, 5 minutes let to cool. Slice up and the ends from the bottom in the middle to open open, squeeze the Tater. Add on top shredded cheese much butter, salt, pepper and a little Worcestershire sauce, chopped spring onions and your favorite.
